From your telephone call or e-mail we will contact you to discuss the requirements of the job. We then like to visit the property so we can give you an accurate quotation.

Every job is different and we have to take in to consideration, locality, access to the property, parking and loading restrictions and we need to evaluate what special equipment we may need.

Once our visit is complete we will provide your quotation, our quote is fully inclusive of all waste disposal and labour charges, there are no hidden costs.

We will do as much or as little as you require of us, we will empty all the cupboards, drawers and wardrobes, there is no need to box or bag anything. We will clear the loft, cellar, garage, hut in fact any outbuildings.

You may just require help with those bulky items of furniture we all have, again not a problem.

When the property is cleared we will sweep it out and leave it tidy, we then meet with you to make sure that the job has been completed to your satsfaction.

It is only then that we ask for payment from you, we always provide a written receipt and you can pay by cash or cheque.
